With continue growing of company business we are seeking a Purchasing Officer which will be based in Satui Mining Project, South Kalimantan.
Report to Purchasing Coordinator, You will responsible for site purchasing activities, its system, its record performance according to TMS/company policies and procedures. Applying TMS policies and procedures for purchasing related, communication with OEM/Vendors at site to ensure that material ordered through OEM at site is supplied as per request date. All information with material ordered is always updated and the update information is delivered to the end user. Applying routine OR/OP housekeeping on JDE system. Analysis for any option on the purchasing process to get competitive pricing and availability for required material. Communication with BSF/JKT central purchasing with any issues of purchasing/procurement related.
Minimum Senior High School or D3 degree will be an advantage, with minimum 2 years experience as purchasing on mining industry.; have a good quality control skill, communication skills both in bahasa and English; good in computer skill, interpersonal skill; negotiation skill; having knowledge about procurement and commercial.
