We are looking for qualified resources for ESL Trainer that will be based at Sangatta, East Kalimantan. This position is reporting to Training Coordinator.
Responsibilities of this position are to provide appropriate recognition for English and Bahasa Indonesia skills and experience gained during the course work, and to assist Induction Trainer for safety induction as per KPC and Thiess rules and regulation.
Requirement for this position minimum Degree holder of teacher training and education or related field with minimum 1 year experience in similar role in large mining or contstruction industry environment; a sound track record is a must, excellent English communication skills - written and verbal and computer literate; planning, organising and influencing skills; your ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, an innovative approach to developing solutions and a strong performance ethic will set you apart from industry peers; previous experience work on site is desirable but not essential.
