With continued growth we are seeking additional resources will be based in Balikpapan as Senior Supervisor Inventory Control and Cataloguing.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Warehouse Superintendent, you will responsible for the management of all inventory and cataloguing of all Warehouse operations; supervise all inventory and cataloguing activities to meet the role requirement, and support the administrative activities in accordance with Thiess TMS and values; lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in job performance, HSE outcomes and the business result; Liaise with all site warehouse staff with all aspects of the system in order to maintain the integrity of the inventory system; management of stock take as required and run random cycle count; management of inventory and cataloguing and data maintenance; management of all stock replenishment for all site and ensure all issues, receipt and inventory transactions are done in a timely manner; actively contribute to a positive team work environment at all times; motivate discipline and harmony of workplace; promote a professional image of company profile as service; provide proactive, quality administration support to the business; centralize of warehouse inventory and cataloguing of all site warehouse.
Requirements for this position, bachelor degree with minimum 5 years experiences in inventory and cataloguing or in similar role; knowledge in management system, warehouse system, JDE system, and a good computer literature; good English communication skills in both written and verbal; knowledge in TCI TMS Procedure; good analytical thinking and working knowledge of HSE procedure.
