With continued growth we are seeking additional resources will be based in Balikpapan as Senior Supervisor Cost Control.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Warehouse Superintendent, you will responsible for the management of cost and budget of all Warehouse operations; supervise and control all cost and budget within warehouse operation to meet the role requirement, and support the administrative activities in accordance with Thiess TMS and values; lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in job performance, HSE outcomes and the business result; liaise with inventory and cataloguing and site warehouse with all aspects of the system in order to the cost efficiency; management of cost control as required and run the process properly; management of master cost code and control the usage on each cost of all sites warehouse; actively contribute to a positive team work environment at all times; promote professional image of company profile as service; provide proactive, quality administration support to the business; centralize of Warehouse cost of all site warehouse.
Requirements for this position, minimum bachelor degree with minimum 5 years experiences in cost control, business analyst or in similar role; computer literacy; excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal; knowledge of management system, cost control system, JDE system; good analytical and thinking systematically; knowledge of HSE procedure.
