With continued growth we are seeking experience resources that will be based in Jakarta Office as Industrial Relations (IR) Superintendent
Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager you will responsible for the provision of advise the development of policy and strategy and its implementation and management in respect of: manage and implement corporate Human Resources Policy & Procedures as they apply to all project sites, lead the HR team in the task of Industrial Relations, lead in the negotiation of employment agreements and in advising on employee discipline and the application of Indonesian Law, maintain close contact with senior Government Officials that have an influence on the project and maintain close relationship with the client HRD, ensure all HRD activities are aligned with the need of all project sites and they are executed with integrity, actively contribute to a positive teamwork and environment at all times: communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Applicants should have Tertiary qualification in Law or Human Resources with minimum 5 years experience in similar role for large Mining / Construction Company; good working knowledge of current HR & IR practices, laws and government relations; strong leadership; good communication skills in English; initiative, planning & organising skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus and be result driven; and strong commitment to safety.
