We are currently seeking for additional resources as Senior Mechanic Supervisor who will be allocated at Satui Mine Project, South Kalimantan
Reporting to Plant Area Superintendent, you will responsible to plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to TMS Plant Department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budgets are achieved; to lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
This position requires sources with a minimum of Senior Technical High School or Mechanical Trade qualification and/or have degree who are experienced with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr equipments and other OEM's products with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role at a mine site; planning of mechanical repair; good communication skills - written and verbal English and computer literate.
