With continued growth we are seeking additional resources will be based in Balikpapan as Structural Engineer (Estimator).
Reporting to the Welding/Fabrication Superintendent, you will provide fit for purpose drawings, cost estimates and timelines to fabricate or repair TCI Plant and Equipment as required; identify and implement practical/engineering solutions for Plant Department; provide support across TCI projects for Welding Fabrication and Plant issues; develop and sustain a cost effective safe Welding Fabrication Workshop in Balikpapan; participate in project or task as and when requested by Plant Managers; fully understand TCI Safety and Plant Department systems & procedures.
This position for senior level requires: Tertiary education in Structural Engineering or Welding Trade qualifications with minimum of 3 years industry experience at Welding & Fabrication for support Structural works; familiar estimate budget for welding & fabricate, machine shop job; have a computer literature MS Word, Excel, Auto CAD & MS Project; good English communication skills in both written and verbal; demonstrate HSE performance;
