With continued growth we are seeking additional resources that will be located in our project site. There is an opportunity for experienced people to work in Sangatta Mine Projects, East Kalimantan project as Training Officer. This position is reporting to Training Coordinator.
This role will be responsible to facilitate Light Vehicle ( 4W ) Training and refreshment; refresh dan retraining Light Vehicle ( 4W ) Kimper Holders every year; facilitate Induction Training of all new employees to ensure compliance with TCI and KPC standard; to provide appropriate recognition for skills and experience gained during the course of work; to maintain a suitable documented system, electronic, and manual for recalling past competencies achieved by employees to satisfy regulation and TCI/KPC standards.
Requirements for this position are minimal Senior High School, and having 3 years experiences in mining industry. Others requirement for this position, applicant should be able to communicate well, have driving skills, presentation skill, and administration skills.
