With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located in Balikpapan as a Senior Supervisor - Maintenance Building.
Reporting to the Balikpapan Support Facilities Manager, you will contribute to the ongoing success and achievement of the business objective of Thiess Indonesia by providing professional maintenance section especially in BSF Office in the following areas: supports and overview efficient running of office with regard to all section of each department; supervise maintenance any reparation and maintenance of building, electrical, office facilities, in accordance with Thiess Values and TMS; maintain good housekeeping and safety and environmental in the work place; ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results; maintain good relationship with department managers / superintendent / supervisor related repair and maintenance issues.
Requirements for this position minimum degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience related to repair and maintenance office / building facilities; knowledge in engineering design; cost estimating and calculating materials; work plan and scheduling; progress & report; ability to operate AutoCad; strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills for both oral and written in English.
