With continued growth we are seeking an experienced resource that will be based in Sangatta, East Kalimantan as Tyre Superintendent.
Reporting to the Plant Operation Superintendent, you will carry roll of tyre superintendent with the responsibility to encompass the whole tyre department operation, which will involve the day to day management, personnel control, tyre inventory management onsite and control the tyre repair workshop.
Requirements for this position are preferred Technical Engineer with minimum of 10 years substantial experience as Tyre Supervisor/Tyre Manager and good man management & communication skills; good computer skills in word and excel with in the Tyre management system; good organization skill; and strong leadership skills; be able to draft reports and plan work tasks.
