With continued growth we are seeking an multi talented management accountant that will be based in Jakarta and will require some travel to our project locations.as Plant System and Administration Accountant.
Reporting to the Plant Administration Manager you will undertake the full range of accounting duties as well as provide strong operational assistance and advice. In the first instance, responsibilities include monthly reporting, GL reconciliations, planning, budgeting and forecasting, system maintenance, lease maintenance. However, the role will grow to add value to the business by providing insightful operational and financial reviews and assist with the identification of performance enhancement opportunities. Since the business has a significant investment in plant and equipment, this position is critical in delivering quality and timely information to safeguarding our assets but also assist to identify potential performance enhancement opportunities.
The individual we seek requires at a minimum, a Degree in Accounting or a similar discipline together with strong operational experience, an MBA would be well regarded. Ideally, you have been working for a major organisation and have no less than 4 years working experience in System/Cost Accounting, Admin Project Accounting. Your industry experience may be from roles in mining, manufacturing or related industries. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills in English will be complimented by your confidence to deal with people at all levels of the organisation.
