We are currently seeking for resources as Mechanic Supervisor who will be allocated at Melawan - Sangatta Mine Project.
Reporting to Senior Mechanical Supervisor, this role is accountable to plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to TMS Plant Department policies and procedures to ensure availibility targets and budgets are achieved; to lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
This position requires sources with Tertiary degree in Mechanical and/ or Mechanical Engineering, recognised industry Trade Qualifications with minimum 2 years experience in a same role at a mine site; sub contractor and employee supervision; experienced with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Leibherr, Hitachi equipments and other OEM's products; planning of mechanical repair and have previously worked to budget, possess excellent communication skills - written and verbal English and computer literate.
