We are looking for qualified resources for Training Officer - Mining Operations who will be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
Reporting to Mining Operation Training Supervisor you will support Training Supervisor to coordinate site operators/drivers training & on-job assessments necessarily for mining operation personnel to develop their skills on various equipment currently operating at TCI contract areas; support Training Supervisor to analyse & fulfil TCI personnel's needs for relevant training &competency related requirements for their career; support Training Supervisor to analyse & develop site-specific operator competency standards to use on a regular basis & to meet project needs for maintaining best performances on mining operation productivity & mining plant equipment service life.
This position requires minimum Senior High School; certificate IV in Workplace Training, heavy highway truck codes, POP (Pratama) certificates preferred, heavy earth moving equipment operator codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader; minimum 3 years experiences as a mining operations leading hand / training officer mining operations with minimum 5 years within mining industry as a heavy equipment operator, especially on digger / excavator and haul trucks.
